HOW IT WORKS
Please visit my Etsy shop www.anniangusart.etsy.com to purchase a custom pet portrait.
Send me via Etsy messenger or via email, a very high resolution photo of what you would like done (minimum 2MB). Its best to send about 2 or 3 images if possible. In this way I can get a good sense of your pet, and I can capture the likeliness as accurately as possible.
The photo is very important - those eyes, and the lighting, are of a particular importance. Eyes are indeed "windows to the soul" - remember that.... the more light there is, the less "flat" your portrait will be. Try to get your pet to look straight into the camera (playing peek-a-boo with a treat or toy will certainly help).
Depending on the size and the medium used, it should be completed within 7 - 10 days Please take note, an oil painting needs a drying time of at least 5 days from actual date of completion.
During this process, I will send you progress photos of the artwork as I proceed with it - making sure you are happy and updated.
Once completed and you are satisfied, the work can be sent. I make use of An Post for delivery, and I will furnish you with a tracking number.
